The mechanics let me know before the booking time (brake pads and discs) they would be late because they were waiting for a part to be delivered, so the work took place later than expected. They did the pads and discs on three wheels without issue, but the fourth wheel had a bolt that was rusted they were unable to remove to get the disc off. They asked I take my car into their workshop the next day for them to raise the car and remove the bolt with some other kit, so that they could avoid risking damaging other components trying to force it off. I did this and had a small wait at their garage. Apart from this issue with the bolt, the mechanics came across as honest and trustworthy. The work was overpriced. They broke my wife's phone holder and 4 pound coins went missing which was change for parking. Not very happy. £472.00 for a reconditioned caliper. Front brake pads and anti roll bar bushes is well over priced. Even my MOT guy said I was ripped off.

He did the inspection although later than at first booked . I'd have like to been able to communicate with him and his report although thoroigh doesn't really help me decide if to buy or not as I don't know how serious the issue are and if they need to be down now or in the future. Are they dangerous or just wear and tear
