Audi A4 Front door window winder mechanism replacement - electric
Door had been stripped down at some point in the past around 3 bolts were chewed up making them very difficult to come off

Although Dale faced a number of difficulties in doing the electric window he overcame them admirably.He had problems with existing hex bolts as someone had attempted the job with a previous owner, there was also a problem with the glass, which he replaced with one from a local breakers yard. After completing the work I discovered the door was not closing properly so I rang Dale that evening and he offered to come down again the day after and rectify which he did. Overall I am impressed and happy with the service.

Dale communicated with me all the time regarding his arrival time, which being at work was really appreciated. Once he arrived he set about the repair. His analysis showed that a replacement part was not required after he had checked everything. Once finished he explained everything without jargon so I could understand what the problem was and its resolution. Overall very pleased with the result and would use both Dale and ClickMechanic again
