Dale and his mate came at the time stated took the Car away.
Next day my Car was back with a new Clutch fitted and working.
What more can you ask for, Dale and his mate did a good job
and I will use the service again. Cheers.

Well here stands a story. My initial visit was on the 4th of this month, 10 days later it was finally fixed.
I don't do reviews normally but I have to on this occasion. Dale is an excellent mechanic. We were let down by suppliers. Twice they sent him out from Edinburgh to Larbert with the wrong parts. He's like me, a terrier dog biting your leg. We need to solve this. Decided to ignore motor factors and get genuine so ordered and paid. Took the originals to a local autoparts factor and asked them to match the parts. Friction plate was still wrong so they have obviously listed it on global database incorrectly. Was I frustrated: Yes.
Was Dale frustrated: Yes
But we sorted the issue amicably.
Would I use Dale again? Big Yes, he's an excellent mechanic. Motor Factors can do one.

Dale was excellent. Was in touch as soon as he knew he wouldn’t quite make it for the time window that was given. Cracked on as soon as he arrived, and had the work done before long.

Dale fixed brakes on my Micra this morning. He came on time and was done within an hour. Brakes work perfectly now, I'm very happy with my experience.

Dale came round and fixed the brakes on site and it wasn't the easiest of jobs as the brakes were on their last legs. He moved the car out onto one of the parking bays to avoid damaging our drive, which was really appreciated and we're very pleased with the job.

Great job picked the car up and dropped it off same day. Had to rearranged from my original booking on Tuesday, but communication was good and I was well informed.
