It was my first time using ClickMechanic, and was a little uncertain arranging for work with a Mechanic I hadn't used before.

However, Florin did a great job replacing the clutch system on my car. He collected the car, kept me informed and when there was an extra small part needed, he sourced it from a main dealer quickly and completed the work.

Florin is clearly a really good mechanic and crucially has the customer service skills with it.
