Paul was fantastic - we felt he really went out of his way for us!

Paul was excellent and very systematic in his approach. He took the time to explain what he was doing and quickly diagnosed he issue. He is a very capable mechanic who is trustworthy and that means a lot when it comes to car problems.

Very pleased. Mechanic was punctual, did a good job and had pleasant knowledgeable attitude.

Paul inspected vehicle fully and found nothing wrong with fiesta that he inspected, however was informed by seller (have no proof) that he was late arriving.
Paul spoke to seller and informed him that he had found no problems but did not send report until 10PM ! We had another car inspected in October by Mario (outstanding, 5 star) who contacted us within an hour of inspection.
Why didn't Paul do this? Communication very poor.
However this service by Clickmechanic is very good value for money

I'm still waiting for answers and your mechanic won't answer his phone. So at present not happy but if he comes up trumps in morning I'll be overjoyed ok.

Very helpful in making my mind up to buy the car or not great advice and information having me the confidence to make the correct decision.

This is the first time that we have used this service. Well what can I say it's a fantastic service.

Paul the mechanic was absolutely amazing he provided me with a report over the phone then hours later sent me a report via email.
