A big job in my opinion but completed in a timely manner.

Zack, my last mechanic from Click was excellent, he came on time, was very friendly and carried out the work without any fuss unlike the previous 2 mechanics who i have used through Click.
Spanner works and Darren.
Spanner were not punctual, no communication, took my car and did not bring it back for 2 Days and was not impressed with their work, albeit they got there in the end.

Darren's mechanics were very friendly, there quality and standard of work was very good, they were very knowledgeable about my cars engine and associated problems and issues that the car is likely to have but punctuality non existent, but the worst thing was correspondence, i was booked in time and time again and continually let down, they did not turn up when they said they would which was infuriating when waiting in for them, i left numerous voice mails and texts which were not replied too.
Click then got another mechanic, Zack, who i mentioned at the start of this review.

Overall I'm fairly happy with Click, their office and staff are very good and do try and sort out these problems and issues with their mechanics but ultimately if Click have these mechanics on their books, Click are responsible for quality control, standard of workmanship, punctuality etc.

Iron out these points and Click and their concept of 'internet/mobile mechanics' are a very good company, click should take what i'm saying on board.

I have run my own company for over 30 years and appreciate how difficult man management and quality control etc are and i have really appreciated feedback from customers as this is the only way to improve.

Zack was exceptional kept me informed of arrival did a fairly difficult job in the approx time and was polite and pleasant could not have asked for more

Very good and very happy.

Zack was great - 10/10 for not only squeezing me in before Christmas but also getting the new parts fitted in half an hour. The fact that he had to get the bits for Saturday morning and was here at 9am as promised is brilliant and would happily recommend him to anyone!

Zack is a lovely guy. Clearly explained to me the problem with my car. Reliable and trustworthy. Problem with my car seems to be sorted now so very very happy. Top marks

Zack was super helpful and stuck at the job even when it got a bit complex. His attitude was always brilliant and the car is running great now. Highly recommmended.

Zak was great. At first there was some confusing on my booking but after that was sorted he had to order in a part for my window that wouldn't go up. He came out on Sunday to stabilise the window so it would stay in the up position and then came back a few days later after the part arrived to fit it.
