Ciprian was great - explained everything clearly and gave good advice. Service and MOT carried out promptly in the morning and the car was returned to me by lunchtime.

I was unsure about booking an online service with click mechanic without being able to speak to someone on the phone before booking, but Ciprian whom they allocated was brilliant.

Ciprian was fantastic, I know nothing about cars and he explained everything perfectly to me, allowing me to fully understand the work being carried out and what I was paying for.

The service was fantastic and we were able to identify the issues at hand. Fixed promptly and returned to me in the same day. I will 100% be using Ciprian for all my mechanical needs going forward. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there providing a great service for a fair price.

What a fantastic experience I had with Ciprian. He spent all day on a Saturday fixing my car , kept in touch constantly giving me updates on what was going on.
