Punctual on the day and explained everything I needed to know clearly before beginning. Updated me via phone following the service being completed to advise honest opinion on potential issues that may have impacted MOT success. Following the MOT he called again to confirm car had passed and took time to explain the minor advisories (which matched his pre-MOT assessment!). Car delivered back direct to our door. Overall ClickMechanic experience from getting a pain free, instant quote without having to plug in an email address (extremely rare these days) to the work being completed was well above my expectations.
