Very friendly and punctual when arrived to collect the vehicle. Car was collected on time. MOT, service and AC refill done very efficiently and car returned to me as expected. I was notified at each stage and when additional issue came up I was called and informed. Pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant experience, very friendly and explained the issue well. Came back to fix the issue the next day (only due to the part not being available same day) and kept me updated throughout. 10/10

My mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable I was happy with the work then an hour after he went the light comes back on saying there is a fault and I can't believe that labour cost for one hour was £178 pounds

Paid for full service. Had car checked when returned, service not done! Garage refusing to provide proof of work completed, and click mechanic say it’s not their problem. £196 for a lying cheating scam!

Mads was very friendly but respectful and so keen to do a good job. So many people didn’t want to take on this task (BMW timing chain replacement) but he was more than happy to do so and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated his regular communication using photos and videos. Old fashioned service from a younger man. So refreshing. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Gelu was terrific. He arrived on time . Kept me informed and had no problem doing the extra work that I needed. I want gelu to do more work that may need doing in the future. Thankyou very much.
