Yes Iam a part from picking a slot between 8-10 am I paid £20 extra for this slot which didn’t happen came at 10.50 am said he would be back in 1.30 hrs . Messaged him at 2.30pm how’s the car he said all done done just waiting for a customer to come back car got dropped off at 4pm . Would be nice to get a £20 refund .

Diagnosed the problem where 2 other local mechanics failed. After suspecting a fuel leak and brake fluid leak it turned out to be the gearbox! Sadly it was too late to save the gearbox but needed confirmation before scrapping. Should have done this in the first place.

Tristan showed up on time despite there being road closures and terrible traffic. He also phoned ahead to give an estimated time of arrival. He was quick and efficient and made some extra checks to ensure the car was safe to drive for my daughter. Also gave some helpful advice. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Fantastic job.
