I highly recommend Danny. He collected my car, serviced it, carried out necessary works and returned the car to me clean and roadworthy within a day. I will definitely come back in the future, he provided a great service. Thanks so much!

Made booking for a Saturday, assigned 'mechanic Danny' who did not turn up and didn't contact me.
I rang the mobile number for him on his profile however this a was disconnected number. I waited in all day and 24 hours later I requested a cancellation. Danny then sent me numerous messages saying he had called and messaged and he NOW has tge part however he had NOT contacted me on MY mobile at all.

Danny had the balls to charge me a £20 fee deducted from my refund! ClickMechanic don't want to resolve so I am having to raise a charge back via Barclaycard.

So .. avoid unreliable mechanics with poor communication skills such as Danny here and avoid this sketchy platform as when things go wrong they blatantly couldn't care less.

Get a reputable garage to undertake your repairs as I have now done.

Danny was very helpful, he could not make it on the initially planned day as he ran into some trouble, but keep me informed and came on the following day to fix the issue.
He was well prepared with necessary equipment and did a quick and nice job.

Danny arrived in the pouring rain and set to work straight away.
We chatted about the history/symptoms and then he spent quite a while viewing the readings on his computer.
At the end of the session he was confident that he had a diagnosis...
Let's hope he's right!

Danny did the repair well although didn't have all of the tools he needed due to leaving something at a previous job. I had to borrow a hammer for him.
He had issues with getting to me on the day booked but rebooked for 2 days later but was then late on the day. I was then charged more for the work than originally quoted without prior communication about this which is disappointing and has left me in some financial difficulty.

Danny was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and kept me informed of progress.

Danny was great and diagnosed issues with the car very quickly, which helped make the decision not to buy the car very easy. The dealer even called me to apologise for not spotting the engine issues and said Danny was very knowledgeable and polite
