Really happy with Sam's work, Got in got it all done with no fuss and pointed a few things out I need to look out for relating to his call.

Very happy with the work done. Communication was excellent, was helpful to finishing the work, due to incorrect part supplied (by the parts supplier) whilst I was away travelling, completed the work as promised and dropped key as promised. He fitted in to my situation as opposed to me having to fit in with a garages timetable etc. Hence was in a totally higher level than going to a local garage. 10/10!

Very friendly and work seems to be completed well. The original appoint was cancelled and then reschedul which meant I could not be there during the work.

Sam was brilliant, he explained everything as he went along. He had a few problems with seizure of
parts on the car but this still did not phase him and he completed the job perfectly.

As after my experience with your staff on the Telephone i cannot put the blame on Sam.
