Sam did a good job in terms of fixing the key issue. But I am not happy about the additional quote I received for 1 bolt that is worn out in my car. Quote is way too expensive for 1 bolt fitment. I expect this to be covered as part of the original repair considering its only a bolt replacement and that was not the case.

Also inspite of asking clickmechanic support group, no consideration is given inspite of paying a hefty charge for repair.

Sam couldn’t make my original booking date due to being set back by the weather. He let me know as soon as possible and offered an alernative appointment and was happy to carry out the service at my workplace on a Saturday.
Sam was thorough and efficient. He supplied the higher spec oil I’d requested at a small premium and also swapped out a stubborn bulb I’d had no joy removing. He gave me a general appraisal of the car, which was reassuring, and also advised on new front brake pads.
Sam was polite, professional and communicated well. Will definitely use again.

Sam communicated well. Starter motor was fixed in good time and i had the car back on my drive in about 3 or 4 hours.
Had issues with part not arriving and arrived a little later than planned. But definitely would trade this for the hassle of taking car to a garage and then picking it up.

San was a very pleasant person and did a good and efficient job on the car.
Unfortunately his scheduling was poor for the first date that he was to do my car but this was not his fault more to do worth scheduling

Was slightly late due to an overrunning job but once here was excellent. Very impressed!

Sam was a pleasure to have work on the car. I cant think of anything not positive to say about the service he has given us even to reschedule the work to suit me on a Sunday.
