Sam did a major service and replaced the front brake discs and pads. He did a good job, kept me up-to-date with when to expect the car back and I would definitely be happy with him working on my car again.

Sam was booked to replace the rear discs and pads on my Jaguar XF. The booking was for Friday 1st February between 3pm and 5pm. Due to the terrible weather during the night before it was not possible for him to attend. He let me know of this straight away, informed me that he would still endeavour to make the appointment but, as he was snowed in he was not sure if he could. He later confirmed that he could not. This was not a problem and we arranged for the fitting to take place on Sunday 3rd at 10.00pm. At this time the work was carried out quickly and to my satisfaction. I have nothing but praise for Sam, he was polite, kept me informed as things went along and did a first rate job at a price that was almost half of that charged by Jaguar.
