The mechanic was very good. They were supposed arrive between 8 and 10 and they arrived at 1pm. They had difficulty getting the part but they communicated what was happening at every point so was not an issue. The work was good!

Sam was very friendly and definitely knew his stuff.He communicated well, originally appointment set for morning but due circumstances that couldn’t be avoided Sam had to postpone until afternoon.

The job was to replace the rear shock absorbers.
On inspection he advised me that I didn't need to replace the shock absorbers as there was nothing wrong with them .
This was contrary to VW vehicle check at the last service it was advised that I needed to repeace the OSR as it was leaking.
Knowing this would be an /mot failure i made arrangements.
Today it passed the MOT and instead of paying £280.00 ( VW quoted £400.00!!! ) I paid a £43.00 call out saving me £237.00
Sam will get first shout at any of my car related repair needs going forward.
