Charged me £20 on only 3 hours notice of coming round to look at may van , deeply disappointed in this policy as 3 hrs notice is pathetic given I'd already planned my day ,you should give me £20 for the stress caused to me

Hi Matthew, as discussed on the customer portal, the cancellation fee is not something I decide. I took your booking as it was available and then you decided to cancel so that’s what I did, any charges applied are from the platforms side. I would request you to change your review as you had constant feedback from my side and we did everything possible like offering you an alternative date time or some other solution. Thanks

No communication. Sent a message explaining I'd have to cancel due to warranty cover, didn't respond and charged a callout fee regardless. I would personally avoid and it has put me off using click mechanic again.
