Gordon was very friendly and expert in his job and did great job.Happy with worl he carried out.Car was very clean but he pointed out a minor scratch which was even not noticeable and would have missed by a normal person but Thanks he pointed out .

Land Rover Discovery Sport Carried out engine carbon clean, including on-vehicle manual egr cleaning.
Carried out oil flush and replaced engine oil & filter. (Drained via sump bung, not extracted via dipstick tube)
Carried out dynamic DPF regeneration via Launch diagnostic. Post regeneration soot level 6g, flow resistance 2 Mbar

Both Gordon and Zak, were true professionals. Arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly and talked me through what they doing and what was being displayed on their equipment. They explained the options, and once decided they even took my car there and then and returned it when the work was complete, being a man of a certain age and having dealt with numerous garages and mechanics in the past, across the UK, i can honestly state that these two gentlemen are the only ones ive left any feedback for, as good customer service and plain talking is what i am looking for, and this described Gordon and Zak perfectly.
