Jose was very professional and helpful. He made sure that correct parts had been supplied to him and then installed them efficiently. He waited until I had tested the car before leaving for his next job. I was very happy with the way that he worked on the car and highly recommend him along with Click Mechanic.

Jose came round today a few hours earlier than expected ( he did contact me first ) so that was a bonus for both of us. Very friendly and explained things he was doing. It’s just a pity it was raining but that didn’t bother him. Very happy with the work done and will definitely use again when needed.

Really friendly and helpful, provided a comprehensive report and gave extra context which helped me with my negotiations. Would have been 5* for all but had a small confusion on the booking date.

Jose was flexible when the garage did not have the car ready for inspection. Although I paid for a full inspection including under the car - this was not done which I was slightly disappointed with given I had paid for the premium service - I assumed he would arrive with car jacks or some way of inspecting under the vehicle himself without relying on the garage. Nonetheless the remainder of his checks were thorough and I would recommend him for any pre-purchase vehicle checks. Will be using his services in the future
