My appointment was 1530>1730, at 1545 he had not arrived, I dropped him a mgm and he phoned me back.
He explained he was running late due to first appointment over run.
When Ryan arrived introduced himself and started straight away. At this time it was dark and just got on with the work. Once finished he briefed me on the work carried out.
I was very happy with done, my car had failed it MOT due to Coil Spring Damage.
I took the car for Re-test MOT which it passed.
Low puncture due to early comment, good 90 minutes late out of his control.
