I was running late due to traffic on the North Circular and having to park a good 10 minutes away, so Aejaz started the inspection of the car for me before i arrived and even offered to pick me up from the car park.

The inspection was very thorough and included a test drive, and everything was very thoroughly walked through with me when I arrived. The good and the bad were laid out very clearly, and I was given a very clear understanding of the car's functioning and any issues.

One of the few issues with the car he even sorted out there for me!

If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely give him a shout for any work necessary on my car or future vehicle inspections.

The issues that followed were resolved promptly and professionally by the costumer representative that liaised between myself and the mechanic. Am also very pleased with the level of professionalism and service received from the costumer representative. I am satisfied with the outcome as my money was refunded back to me.
