Feedback about ClickMechanic and not about the mechanic:

Communicative, informative and kept me updated throughout.

However, and a big however, you took the payment from my bank account 24 hours before the job was done - yet your terms of engagement state clearly that payment will be taken AFTER the job is completed and I am satisfied with the result - VERY POOR SHOW CHAPS!!.

Fantastic service, respectful and on time. Good work and polite. Insightful on the car and offered additional advice help.

Great communication… there was an issue with the part that was initially supplied (not at fault of the mechanic) but this was explained and rectified in a timely manner.

Matt was fantastic. It was parked on the side of the road in an industrial estate and he managed to fix it there which was difficult. He went above and beyond and the communication was fantastic.

He did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Was very friendly and very well knowledge. Even got us out of a pickle with the locking nuts. Guided us on other repairs that need doing next

Matthew really does know his stuff. I originally thought I needed a new clutch. After Matthew came out he diagnosed a different problem straight away which saved me a few quid. Thanks Matthew
