Mathew was brilliant and very professional. I do have one small complaint and that is I was under the impression that included in the price was the replacement of the coolant/antifreeze, I had to top up myself. But otherwise very good and would welcome him back if I need any future repair carried out.

Matt sent me a text just after 08.00 to confirm his eta and arrived within a few minutes of the planned time. He was courteous and friendly but also very business like and quickly got into his work. Matt impressed with his knowledge and is obviously an experienced mechanic. He conducted his diagnosis and, had the part been available today, I would have had no hesitation in engaging him to carry out the repair.

Matt offered me an earlier timeslot owing to a cancellation, kept me informed of arrival time and turned up 1 minute earlier than the time he texted to me, even with the problems of finding my house so I was extremely happy with this part of the service which set up the foundation for the rest of the time Matt was repairing my car. he took a while longer than the book time given for this job as it was a lot more complex when issues such as seized nuts and rotating captive nuts occurred, he kept me informed of what needed doing and how it was going, Very Very happy with the professional attitude and the way he went about his work, would highly recommend this mechanic and have already recommended Click Mechanic to family and friends. will be using again without any hesitation.
