Jack was punctual, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The issue was a regen for a DPF filter on a Landrover Discovery Sport, and they fully resolved it without any hassle. Highly recommend their service!

Jack arrived 45 mins late for his appointment slot with me. Prior to his visit his communication was five star but sadly on the day of the appointment there was no communication at all with me. The work carried out by Jack was without doubt tin my opinion five star.

I informed you of this prior to the appointment, you did not update or provide me with your correct number, subsequently this meant other than a message via the website, you were uncontactable.
