He was polite and punctual. I gave him the prognosis that another mechanic had given me as it's hard to tell what's wrong without a garage setting.
I heard nothing for a couple pf weeks, so I sent messages and I received a quote for fixing it. I wrote back both on Click mechanic and on what's app with a question about the quote and I never heard back. So after another couple of weeks, I tried to prompt a response, 3 months later ...nothing. Sadly I have lost £90.00 with nothing to show for it so naturally I can't review the site well and once I have been exploited, I lose trust and won't re-engage. He was pleasant enough and identified a possible cause of the problem but i have now been informed that he can't do the work required for some reason. Disappointing that I need to find someone to do the job still. i feel £83 was not good value.
