I can’t begin to say how wonderful and grateful we all are to Jamie. We were stranded 160 miles away from home with a 2 year old with a un- drivable car with a fault that happened at 7pm Sunday night. Jamie was expecting to do a auxiliary belt but turned out to be a larger problem, he managed to push a client back an hour (with their permission) to fix the additional fault so we could get home. We can’t thank him enough for his calm and comforting manner, exceptional knowledge and workmanship and his communication throughout the work. I wish we had a Jamie near us at home. The Mechanic was very friendly and knew what he was doing gave me plenty of time when he phone to arrange the time for arrival

Jamie turned up on time after calling me and keeping me updated about his era.It was obvious within a short time he was confident in being able to sort out an intermittent starting problem.Despite being told by 3 separate mechanics that the battery was good,Jamie advised me there was a dead cell in the battery and to first get it changed.As it was still under warranty,I took it back to Halfords who exchanged it free of charge which has cleared the fault.First class service,I'll definitely use you again and hopefully get Jamie

Jamie was fantastic. Incredibly down to earth, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. My fault was originally misdiagnosed and he picked up on this within 5 minutes tops, saved me well over £150 yesterday and I am eternally grateful.
