I’m really unhappy with the service and payments of the work. I was quoted 300 for the extra work be over charged by 132, he said I would get the money back and now is saying he won’t be giving it back.

Hi and sorry there being miss understanding as the extra work you being charge it is from the parts and labour on you’re vehicle I was saying apart off the 300£ required for the job there will be an extra amount of contribution and comision which they are not going to me they go to the click mechanic that was the reason I can’t give it back as I will be out off my pocket charging less for the labour and parts on extra work carried on you’re vehicle sorry for any miss convenience and understanding have nice day

The materials they use were very poor and cheap material. The job took less than one hour. I can’t see why I had to pay £229 for a job that was worth no more than £50. I was ripped off by this company.

Hi Bill sorry for you’re through about this the material being use is a metal pipe for you’re vehicle and is same on any other vehicle the amount on you’re job being charge is included time /travel / comision /parts , also if I had it done it in 30 min or 3 hours the amount was the same that the job being completed less then an hour is the results of many years of experience as a mechanic which they are more then 30 years, in this case the experience explains all have nice day
