Mitchell was knowledgeable and good- humoured. He was a bit later than originally agreed but completed the work quickly. He also diagnosed a fault and rectified that.
I was able to make my appointment on time so everything ended well.

First time I have used Click Mechanic and was super impressed with the experience. Mitchell called within a few hours of making the booking and turned up during agreed time slot on booking date. Work completed to a high standard saving me £70 compared to what I was quoted by larger autocare chain.
What I loved most about the service is that there was no hidden charges and as the car was collected and returned by the mechanic this allowed me to go about my day. Would highly recommend Click Mechanic & Mitchell. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

Only thing with the service in order to carry out the extra repair it charged me an extra £40??

Volkswagen Golf SV Diagnostic Inspection

Car was stuck on the driveway with a electric park brake issue. Mechanic arrived next day after booking was made. Very quick to diagnose problem with his computer and a bit of trouble shooting. Parts were ordered and appointment made for repair on driveway the following day. Very happy with the service and repair was efficient and quick.
