Fantastic from start to finish, went above and beyond his job A1 service, was on time, and knew his job well very professional

Excellent, the mechanic did the job to a high standard with a great level of communication, keeping me well informed of issues encountered and advice regarding ongoing maintenance etc.

Ionut was fantastic. He came to work on my Audi A3 S LINE. He arrived on time and was very polite. Checked the car and said it was not the clutch but was the master cylinder which is a part of the clutch.
He put the car back together and sourced the correct part we needed went and got it and came straight back and started work again. Ans it was £300 cheaper which was a bonus. He talked both me and my partner through every step and showed us what he’s taken off and used. I would highly recommend him. I will certainly be using him again.

Ionut was on time, explained the repair that was being done-changing cambelt and water pump. He completed the job professionally and I was really happy with the job done. Would highly recommend.

Ionut was very good and did his best. It was unfortunate the locking wheel nut snapped when he tried to remove it to access the timing belt. However, that meant I incurred your £40 visit charge, the cost of having the stub of the wheel nut drilled out (£60) and the cost of a replacement wheel nut (£7). On top of that, the timing belt wasn't changed.

Punctual friendly very contentious.
He explained and pointed out other minor issues he came across as he carried out the job.

Ionut was early and gave me updates on my car and where he was at with the repairs. Top notch service.
