I would say he was out of his depth with my problem. Even though he spent 3hrs trying to sort the problem. I contacted my normal mechanic who gave me a contact who could help. This guy came, saw the situation and phoned a colleague who he said was a pro in this area. He arrived at 9am and by 930 I drove my car around the estate. Today I have been to supermarket, so relieved.
I am afraid that your company will not be logged in my memory. This is the problem with 3rd party organisers. No real control, being a facilitor only.
