The 2 mechanics that came out from Top Techs Birmingham were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Dragos gave me some good advice about next steps, which wasn’t going to cost additional money and then they offered further support if needed.
I felt they were both authentic and realistic in their roles and weren’t trying to rip anyone off. Both were down to earth, honest and made me feel at ease. A great team from Top Techs and thanks for all you did.
