The guys were very professional. They arrived at the time they said they were and did a thorough check on my car. Despite no faults found, they listed the possible cause for what i believed to be a fault and even gave me further recommendations on what i would need to do next. Will definitely come back for their service and recommend them to anyone in need

Mechanic filmed what work was required and when I authorised it and work was completed - another film was sent showing new parts installed

The 2 mechanics that came out from Top Techs Birmingham were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Dragos gave me some good advice about next steps, which wasn’t going to cost additional money and then they offered further support if needed.
I felt they were both authentic and realistic in their roles and weren’t trying to rip anyone off. Both were down to earth, honest and made me feel at ease. A great team from Top Techs and thanks for all you did.
