Mercedes-Benz C-Class Car Won't Start Inspection

Was really disappointed. This looks like the easiest £91 I have ever lost. I called this service because my car wouldn't start .He came and plugged his diagnostic machine and said there were a lot of faults including battery was low. I suggested to him to jump start the battery but he declined.
I later called my insurance because I have breakdown cover as part of my insurance, they came and jump started the battery and everything was fine afterwards, I did this for free.
My advise is that at least he could have jump started the battery

Hi yes all good but I remind you what service you booked "car won't start inspection" I come diagnosed , and point you the problem with low battery voltage " that's what I get paid for . I provide full list of fault codes comes after diagnostic and send you by email .I wasn't booking for repair your car . Thank you anyway for taking time to write review
