Great communication kept informed all the way through.

The mechanic was very friendly, he seemed very knowledgeable, I am satisfied with his effort to try and diagnose the problem with my car, unfortunately, due to requiring further diagnoses with more complex equipment a resolution has not been achieved yet, however, he has suggested some helpful options, and would be prepared to help me with those, so some progress has been made, and hopefully, a full resolution will be achieved in due coarse.
