My wife handed the key over after reqeust from mechanic. No further communication after that. Wife remained at home until I returned at 3pm. No sign of Mechanic or key. The key had been posted through letterbox. ? Was not told if work was being done on driveway or taken to a garage ? Service book was not requested.

I find the communication rating abit harsh, as we tried to ring but no answer and as requested by yourself after thart we text you to inform you we was on our way, and it states on our profile we are mobile mechanics so all worked is carried out on mobile basis, we arrived on time, completed the work and rang the ring door bell 5 times which would be on video on your door bell and knocked the door 3 times for which no answer, as there was a young child present I thought maybe he was sleeping or your wife was busy, so to make it easier for you I text you the moment we posted the key which you replied immediately, we couldn't find the service book and we don't go through glove boxes or personal possessions without prior consent, we could not contact your wife as there no answer at the door, we also offered to come back and complete the service book for you once you had it available.

If I’d have pushed it to my nearest garage I’d have been fitter and so much full of pocket . First arrival .. trying to get in touch with . Parts provider but could not get through . So I had to pay for a return after being diagnosed then it could not be done ,,, so a third return … and loads of money later I get a fuckin bill …

Hi

Your first visit was a diagnostic which was on Wednesday Afternoon between 4-6pm which the water pump was diagnosed

Your second visit was the follow up work for the initial diagnostic of the water pump, upon arrival we stripped the engine down to be met with the timing belt tensioner attached to the water pump so the timing belt was needed for renewal once we disturbed it and it was on 96000 miles, you were offered the option to renew the belt or put the old one back on in which case you wanted a renewal, we did not have the timing tool available to carry on further with job which you were present and notified

Third visit we returned to complete the water pump and the timing belt which was authorised by yourself the day before, Work was completed and was signed off by yourself with a handshake

Absolute shambles of a review for no reason
