I didn’t really receive any information other than what was on the report… when I picked the van up there’s a rattling noise coming from the engine which is now concerning me. This wasn’t noted by the mechanic plus I’ve found a big chip in the wind screen and it’s showing a filter is 70% full…I’m now having to pay to take the van to another mechanic because I’m worried something might be seriously wrong and if I’m honest don’t trust the reliability of the mechanic you sent

Really happy a very nice guy unfortunately it wasn’t something he could fix on the day but he gave me piece of mind and a possible resolution

Genadi was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything that I needed to know and also told me a lot about the history of the vehicle which was more than the dealers did.

Everything was as described and he did it in a timely matter, had new brake caliper and pads both sides within a couple of hours.

G had great communication and was happy to answer any queries and give his honest opinion. He helped us decide whether a car was fit to buy or not and we appreciated his advice.
