Ashley appeared to be brilliant at first although he did only take about an hour for a 2-3 hour inspection.

I was told over the phone and later by the report that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it was internally and externally in like new condition.

I subsequently took a 7 hour journey to collect the car to find he had missed some pretty obvious things. Leather peeling off the dash and pulled away from near steering wheel and buttons clearly very worn and slightly damaged.

The rest of the car seems ok but these other elements will cost quite a bit to make right and I would have negotiated off the price if I had known in advance.
