Simon was fantastic, great communication, knowledgeable and friendly! Rang ahead of time to introduce himself and confirm details plus discuss the inspection and let me know what to expect . Really instilled confidence in the service - will def use again especially if in Simon's area. The follow up phone call was much appreciated to discuss the report in full. The report was emailed to me so I could read at leisure but the phone calls were icing on the cake and an opportunity to discuss things. Much better than RAC/AA!

J was a very nice, polite guy. He turned up, a little late but he communicated with me to make me aware he was running late. He performed a very basic diagnosis, informed me what the basic fault was with my car, and left. He was not equipped to actually perform any maintenance on my vehicle, so I essentially paid £90 for a guy to tell me my battery was flat and that I probably needed a new alternator. He jump started my car, advised me to get a new battery and have the alternator looked at, then left. 10 minutes max. When I drove to get a new battery, my car packed in after 10 minutes and ended up being towed to a nearby garage. Not J’s fault obviously, but his limited ability to actually assist me was disappointing. I would not consider the service value for money. Read more
