With regard to your recent visit to diagnose the problems with my car.CU56KJA

I asked your companey ,at great expence to me,to diagnose the problem i was having with my car (because i belived your advertisment).
I did as was adviced by your representative and had a new battery fitted at great expence,
however the problem still remains!
Considering the cost of your advice and the fact the the advice did not work.
I think that your cost to me should be refunded at your earliest opertunity.
