It was a disaster- would never use them again. Booked an 8-10am slot- mechanic arrived at 11.50! After I had phoned to complain several times. The part I had ordered in advance was not tavailable. Car due for return at 6pm and when I went out at 7.15 it was still not back. Never again

Dan is a really nice chap, did the job, communicated well. some mechanics will make you feel a bit intimidated if you don't know your way around a car, Dan would just tell you straight if you needed any other work without being pushy.
