Dan is a really nice chap, did the job, communicated well. some mechanics will make you feel a bit intimidated if you don't know your way around a car, Dan would just tell you straight if you needed any other work without being pushy.

Dan arrived in his allotted time,after ringing to say he would be with me shortly.
When he arrived he got straight on with the job and didn't stop although at one stage it started to rain heavily. Dan explained everything he was doing and was extremely helpful and polite. Everything was cleared away on completion and no mess was left. I would not hesitate to have Dan back again
