I have gone for the 3* for this reason, whilst the mechanic had a good personality I think there is room for improvement for presentation, a set of overalls or some sort of logo, whilst the vehicle they work from is there choice I think some sort of vehicle livery would be more appropriate, as we all know about how people's personal information can be intercepted by fraud, for that sort of hourly rate I would expect more than a plain white van with a tool box in the back ( it just make you think of the white van man, and whilst the mechanic was good, overall it is the presentation that lets it down. I also think a unique reference number job number should be issued so that should any sort of doubt enter into the correct mechanic turning up and not a fraudster you had a method of contacting someone for verification.
