Had a clutch change, was on time, nice in communication, professional and car is much smoother now. There was an error which he offered to delete free as well although I managed to clear it. Happy overall.

A pick-up driver collected our car on the day as agreed. We expected the car's problem, which was a worn out clutch, to be fixed by the end of the day. The mechanic called to explain a second issue, the flywheel, that also needed replacing. This was only identified once the clutch had been isolated. We agreed to this second piece of work, as it needed to be done for the engines longevity. This meant the car was not available to be returned till the next day.
By the end of the second day the work was still not complete. The mechanic had called to say it wasn't going into gear. In the end I had to pivot to a hire care as we were about to go on holiday. On the day before holiday (the third day) I received a number of calls from the mechanic that he was trying to return the car by courier, but the car was losing power. In the end it returned to the garage to identify the problem.

I didn't hear from the mechanic again until I contacted him almost a week later (during my holiday). He replied with a text that the timing chain needed replacing, as well as an engine sensor. I had hoped the car would have been fixed by this point, so the additional work and costs were surprising.

I agreed to this third piece of work. By the time we had got back from holiday it was the weekend but the mechanic had messaged to say the car was fixed and would be delivered on the Sunday morning. On the Sunday morning I received a call to say the car needed reprogramming and wouldn't be available until the next day.

After calling a number of times on the final day the car was delivered to me by the evening. All in all, I am satisfied that my car is fixed and returned. The mechanic did call before any major work needed doing and during times when the car was attempted to be returned. But the communication felt sporadic and could have been more detailed. Read more

Terrible. Claimed that they could not re-gas the system but still charged us. Took the car for a long time. Complete scammers. No communication since. Claimed additional parts to the value of £400. What a waste of time.

Happy with work only left warning lights on did not connect ABS so I will have to get them cleared

Jay was brilliant honest guy car reliable and punctual was updated on the process of the work that needed to be carried out and now gage a car that drives a dream
