Car running smooth took longer than expexted but worth the wait , not great communication but overall happy.

Jay was great, although I didn't meet him personally, he phoned in the morning to say , Courtney will be with you shortly to pick up your car, then about an hour later my car was picked up! The work was done and the car was bought back around 4.5 hours later!!

My car was absolutely filthy when returned, grease marks all over the car, both inside and externally. As returned the clutch pedal went almost completely to the floor, indicating that air was in the system and rendering the car almost undrivable. Fortunately I was able to sort this myself. I was not informed of where the car was being taken, it was only due to having a tracker fitted that I was able to go and see for myself.

Jay and his team were great, dealt with Mini clutch replacement in prompt, courteous and professional manner.

My car had picked up on time to mechanic jay on given time, cam belt replacement, so i cant really see without taking apart but i feel the difference as i don't hear any missed toothed while i put my feet on gas.
One thing to mentioned that i had a call saying my gear box not serviced but we did last year and wanted to keep the car for another day, Surely i could if they would gave me a courtesy car. But (just googled it) not sure what gearbox service got to do with cam belt replacement...
Anyway I think he worked really hard to deliver my car at the end of the day, For that a massive thank you to Jay, surely i would recommend them.

Jay was friendly and understanding when I realised that the Thursday appt. was an error and agreed that Monday was no problem for him, he rang to say the car would be back on Wednesday as he was fixing a small oil leak that required a seal but had to wait for it to arrive, also said there would be no charge!! Great service. The young lady who collected/ delivered my car was very efficient & polite.

Had a clutch change, was on time, nice in communication, professional and car is much smoother now. There was an error which he offered to delete free as well although I managed to clear it. Happy overall.
