Jason was friendly and very professional. He explained to me what he was going to do. He showed me the results of the diagnosis, and it was decided that a new battery was needed. The new battery from the depot and fitted it in the same day. The problem starting my car have gone away. Very happy with the service I received.

I booked Jason to diagnose an intermittent gearbox problem. Having previously spoken to a traditional garage that immediately started talking about a new clutch and/or rebuilding the gearbox, Jason's approach of cleaning out the clutch hydraulics and gear linkages was most refreshing. Early days, but the issue has not recurred yet, so fingers crossed.
