Rhys was very friendly and polite. Felt comfortable handing over the keys and leaving him to do complete the job, which he did in a remarkable time. Thank you and would definitely recommend.

Communication was good, phoned me that he is running late due to an earlier job. Said the service would take two hours and took my car away ,but took 3 hours. He did phone to tell me. Noticed after he left that the pollen filter hadn't been changed. I texted him about this , he said he would return the following day to change it. But he didn't and no communication. I also noticed the hinges , boot closures weren't lubricated. These are the only things I could check, I just hope all the other items a major service entails have been carried out. Would I use again? Not so sure.

Very happy, Rhys was great. Very knowledgeable and gave honest feedback. Helped a lot with deciding on not to purchase a car which had a number of issues which hadn’t been addressed. Saved me from a very long and pointless trip to a dealership.
