My mechanic, Rhys was Very professional and helpful. He was also very time efficient and helped to find the problem with my car and fix it

Rhys was fantastic - first visit/ booking he ran a diagnostic and advised what needed to be done and didn't try to oversell (actually told me some work may not be necessary). 2nd visit to repair radiator was quick and he communicated well along the way, even showing the old radiator and where the problem was (so I didn't feel I had been mis-sold). Honest and efficient. Happy with the work carried out!

Couldn't be more satisfied by the work carried out by Rhys, after a message from me in the morning he called me and gave me solid advice about the situation, saving me what would have been a long wasted trip from Cornwall to London that day.
His inspection was excellent and very thorough, with lots of photographic evidence. After the inspection Rhys called and gave me an excellent break down of everything wrong, explained what it meant and also spent time sharing his own knowledge with me on recommendations and what to look for in another van.
