Very happy, Rhys was great. Very knowledgeable and gave honest feedback. Helped a lot with deciding on not to purchase a car which had a number of issues which hadn’t been addressed. Saved me from a very long and pointless trip to a dealership.

I have never used this service before and was recommended it by a car dealership over AA or RAC so was unsure what to expect. I paid for the premium pre-purchase vehicle inspection and it was worth every penny. Rhys was extremely responsive and very thorough. Identified some minor issues with the car which the garage is fixing before purchase so saved me lots of money and stress in the long run. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic job - couldn’t have been more helpful, obviously did a really through check on the car, and made the results clear to me.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my fault. The problem I thought I had I was Mistaken and all was good. I did speak to Rhys on the phone who was very understanding and was a lovely & friendly. I made him laugh with why I cancelled the call out.

rhys top man he did a diagnostic first job then found the issue and offered to do the job to fix the problem the next day which was the alternator and so far few days went by im having good results and my battery is nicely charged up
