The report he provided was really detailed, with clear pictures and notes on even the tiniest scratches - inside and out. He clearly pays close attention to detail, which I really appreciated. Rhys arrived early and pinpointed the issue very quickly. As the problem was intermittent (thus hard to diagnose exactly), Rhys suggested that we start with the simpler (more cost effective) solutions first, using his contacts to source affordable parts. Minor issues like new bulbs he fixed there and then.
I have used mobile mechanics several times in the past and would highly recommend Rhys. I plan to stick with this guy for any future needs.
