Yes indeed , he was straight on the case & had answers (Diagnostic visit only) very quickly

Arsim was very professional and knowledgeable, so was able to quickly diagnose the fault. He could not obviously repair the issue due to its complexity, but he offered a number of suggestions which should get me back on the move again.

Great knowledge, identified the issue early and even explained it to me in a way I’d understand.

Very good job done on the brake pads. Very knowledgeable and helped diagnose another issue.

Amazing. Super nice guy and explained everything to me. Showed how my sunroof vent was blocked and cleared it out. Also suggested a follow up at the car wash and exactly what to tell them.

Arsim was very polite and methodical in his approach to investigating my problem. Although he wasn’t able to determine exactly what was causing my issue, as typically when we drove the car, the noise didn’t happen. He gave me a couple of things to do if it happened again to find the cause.
Happy to report that I have since been able to find the problem snd it’s the passenger side window not fully closing.
