Asram quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that in no way could it be regarded as a barrier to normal driving. He stated that while it could be repaired that wasn't necessary.

I received confirmation texts and emails before he arrived, when he did, Arsim was very friendly and approachable, knew exactly what was required to be carried out on my Volvo and confirmed what he was going to do before commencing the work.
