Alex was late.

I was highly irritated having taken a day off work to meet the mechanics who stated they would arrive at 0800am. They arrived at 3.28pm.

However - once they had arrived they were exceptional. Really good mechanics. Calm fast and detailed. Knowledgeable smart and professional. Tools were if high stabdard and they knew hiw tobuse them.

They cared for their work and made sure I was taken through even step and engaged.

I was frustrated by the delay.

But I was delighted by the service once they had arrived.

My mechanic knew his job was very friendly,, the job was not an easy one,and he showed me the parts that he replaced, so far all is well and I am well pleased with it,so a big thank you to him.
