From the first phone call to the car being delivered with work completed James could not possibly have done more! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and whilst keeping me informed of every aspect of the job very helpful. The weather was really horrible and wet during our repair, and I was extremely surprised that he managed to do everything he said he would exactly at the time arranged! Being able to have the car collected fixed and delivered was absolutely brilliant! James replaced the water pump and rear suspension coil on our much-loved Vauxhall Omega and would recommend him highly to everyone.
