Safeer contacted me before appointment to clarify everything, arrived on time and carried out work as expected - no issues. I actually contacted Audi Guildford at same time as ClickMechanic and Audi are still to quote after several back and forth emails! Fantastic service - really impressed as first time I have used this company.
